Temperatures have been 20 degrees below average for the last few days and will remain that way through Sunday morning. Sunday will be the beginning of warmer days to come. The next storm is forecasted to move into the Midwest Tuesday with rain and than possibly snow depending on the track.

GFS 120 hr Surface Map for Tuesday 7PMThe area of low pressure continues to move east across Iowa and on the back side of it the air may be cold enough to chance the rain over to snow. Keep in mind the path of the low will make a big impact on the type of precipitation.
